RoHS Compliance Statement:
Bambi Air Ltd is committed to ensuring that the electrical and electronic products it supplies comply with the applicable requirements of the RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU, as amended by Directive (EU) 2015/863.
Compliance is supported through our supplier approval and product compliance processes, which include:
- Sourcing materials and components from approved suppliers.
- Obtaining RoHS compliance declarations from suppliers.
- Reviewing supplier compliance documentation before products are approved for supply.
- Maintaining documented records to demonstrate compliance.
- Periodically reviewing supplier information to ensure continued compliance.
Supplier declarations confirm either:
- The absence of restricted substances above the maximum concentration values specified by the RoHS Directive; or
- The presence of restricted substances only where their use is permitted under an applicable exemption.

Reach Compliance Statement:
Bambi Air Ltd is committed to complying with the applicable requirements of Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 (REACH).
The materials and components used in our products are sourced from approved suppliers. We obtain REACH compliance declarations from our suppliers and maintain documented records to support compliance with applicable REACH requirements.
Our REACH compliance process includes:
- Obtaining and reviewing supplier REACH declarations.
- Maintaining records of supplier compliance documentation.
- Reviewing applicable regulatory updates, including the Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHCs).
- Assessing supplier information whenever products, materials, or suppliers change.
- Maintaining a documented RoHS & REACH Compliance Register as part of our quality management system.
Based on information provided by our approved suppliers and our documented compliance management process, Bambi Air Ltd has no reason to believe that the products we supply fail to meet the applicable requirements of the REACH Regulation.

WEEE Statement:
Bambi Air Ltd is committed to meeting its obligations under applicable Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) legislation where relevant.
We continually review our products to determine whether they fall within the scope of the applicable WEEE regulations and ensure that any applicable obligations relating to product marking, customer information, and end-of-life management are met.
Where applicable, electrical or electronic components should be disposed of responsibly through appropriate recycling or recovery facilities.
