VTS Compressors Couple

The unique VTS range

Another member of our oil-free portfolio is our unique VTS range. Boasting the same performance as our flagship VT range of “open” compressors, the VTS range has the addition of a silenced enclosure. This reduces the noise level of these oil-free compressors dramatically. Their quiet nature makes them ideal, where a lower noise level is required. With optional accessories of dryer systems with an aftercooler for cooling the air and a centrifugal filter, these compressors ensure maximised extraction of bulk liquid. The air can then be passed through a desiccant dryer to reduce the dew point to as low as -40ºC, thus ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality, dry, oil-free compressed air.

VTS Range

By design, the VTS75 to VTS200 models all have the same enclosure, and the VTS250 has a larger cabinet due to its size. A major benefit of the quiet VTS range is that the compressors are fitted with castors, meaning they are easy to move around as and when required. They also have the additional feature of a thermal trip for the ambient temperature of the cabinet, which, if tripped, requires a reset button on the front to be pressed to reset the machine. This ensures a higher level of protection by preventing the motor from overheating, which also helps you to save on costly repairs. The VTS range is also easy to use and operate, featuring easy-to-read outlets and gauges on the front, as well as a panel-mounted regulator that allows users to adjust outlet pressures as needed. All dryer models of the VTS oil-free compressor range come with a water collection bottle on the front. This collects all the water that is automatically dispersed from the centrifugal filter, before entering the dryer, which makes regular maintenance incredibly easy. The VTS is only available in a 240v, single-phase configuration. If you require 3 phase, please see our “open” VT range.

To choose the right compressor, refer to the Free Air Delivery (FAD) at the minimum pressure your equipment needs — that is the actual airflow at the outlet under pressure.

Selecting the right compressor:

We have provided a detailed guide under the Knowledge Section covering the essential factors to consider when selecting a compressor, such as the pressure/flow required, tank size, noise level, pipework and dimensions.

Our product selector has been developed to help you identify the right compressor and any potential alternatives for you to consider.
